The Hyatt Indian Wells room block is currently full.

The hotel is currently at max capacity.  Register here to be placed in our overflow hotel at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Hotel, located across the street from the Hyatt conference center.  Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Until then, we advise conference attendees to register to ensure a spot on the wait list to get first access to newly released rooms (at either Hyatt or Miramonte) or to secure alternate hotel accommodations.

We will notify those waitlisted when a room becomes available.  Unless otherwise notified, you must accept the room offer within a 24 hour period or it will be offered to the next person in line.  You can get off the wait list faster by assuming an existing hotel reservation from others in your organization.

DO NOT CANCEL OR MAKE ROOM CHANGES OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE

It is important that all room requests, including cancellations or transfers, be submitted to the CCPUC so that we may offer those rooms to another conference attendee. Cancellations made through Hyatt's online reservation system automatically returns the room to the the CCPUC's room block inventory. (Or, if made online after the April 16 cut-off date, the CCPUC loses all access to that room rate.)

Groups can request a Hotel Rooming List specific to their organization to assist with managing existing reservations. This is helpful if you need to manage the group's existing reservations or wish to keep track of employee reservation details.
