Jennifer Shigekawa is Manager of the Customer and Tariff Section in Southern California Edison™'s (SCE) law department.  Ms. Shigekawa joined SCE in 1998.  Her responsibilities include managing, litigating and advising on regulatory issues relating to SCE's tariffs, many customer-focused programs, and customer rates.  Ms. Shigekawa also has worked as an attorney in the Generation Resources area at SCE and on SCE's 2009 General Rate case.
Prior to joining SCE, Ms. Shigekawa practiced litigation and creditor's rights as an associate with the law firm of Graham & James in Los Angeles (which later became Squires, Sanders and Dempsey) for six years.

Ms. Shigekawa received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1992 and her B.A. in Communications/Business from UCLA in 1989.
